I helped launch the Can-Am Spyder Roadster. At first we didn't even know how to refer to the vehicle.  Was it a car?  A bike?  A tri-tire-atops? It was like nothing else on Earth,  Which, gave us an idea.  The other-worldly positioning stoked the vehicle's intrigue. And demand. We sold everything Can Am could produce for the year in just 2 months,  And now they are everywhere. Including Detroit and Roswell.

Reddi-wip was a 50 year old  brand when I started working on it.  Sales had been flat.  So we tapped into the iconic can's place in our lives during the holidays and other dessert occasions. Our audience loved the connection.  Sales climbed year after year.  We won an EFFIE and a slew of other awards. And I spent a lot of time perusing lady magazines at the grocery store to see my work in print.

The food waste disposer is the one kitchen appliance that didn't come in a luxury model.  We set out to change that.  This upscale repositioning lead to a huge sales increase.  The best margins in company history. More than 80% market share.  And an EFFIE award.  Which is cool if you're into such things.  And I am.

NASCAR fans love to drink up as much of their sport as possible.  Yet a 500 mile race inevitably has some lulls in the action. That's why we designed this second screen tablet experience.  It allows fans to follow the action, socialize, smack talk and look up terms and stats. 

Wasted electricity has never received the attention that recycling has.  We all waste energy every day.  The problem is you never see it, except maybe on your energy bill.  So we set out to visually demonstrate how energy is wasted through the use of yellow foam energy bolts.  We had 10,000 of these bolts made in three different sizes. Then we used them for everything from TV spots to billboards to window displays.  AEP made all of their government mandated goals for energy conservation. And we all had dreams that these bolts were surrounding us and cutting us off from our loved ones.

Titan Insurance offers affordable auto insurance to drivers with less than perfect driving records. But when they came to us they had no brand identity at all.   So we created a spokesperson with a knack for saying yes to people who were used to being told no.  Then we packed a lot of powerful advice into his tiny little body.

When you have a few 3D printers in your office you want to use them. So we created this very simple holiday video to share with our friends and family this past holiday.  

We created Rachael Ray Nutrish from the ground up. Then we helped make it the fastest growing pet food brand in the industry.  And now we've created the brand's biggest push to date.  Sales have been amazing.  I smell an EFFIE in 2016.  And so does my bloodhound.

Champion hired us to breathe new life into this classic brand.

The first time I met with Ski-Doo the head of marketing told me that Cramer Krasselt had no chance of being their agency.  Two months and two meetings later he named us AOR.  Man do I love telling that story.

Nationwide Insurance aligned their brand with the two biggest pop icons in racing: Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Danica Patrick.  Recognizing the competitive nature of these drivers we created a fun rivalry between the two of them as they promoted Nationwide products. In this effort, what started as a simple TV commercial for Vanishing Deductible quickly expanded into a fully engaging campaign that involved TV, mobile, social, promotions, and events.   

We helped Calphalon create a unique digital experience that enabled users to customize their own set of cookware. We only had from Labor Day to Thanksgiving to pull it off.  There were no photos or videos to use so we had to create all of the assets.  We developed shopable videos and a slick shopping cart that showed your set assembled on your kitchen counter. Oh, and we were ready to go before Black Friday.

Bad things happen.  That's why insurance exists.  And when disasters happen insurance companies run commercials to remind customers and potential customers that they will be taken care of.  That's why we created this commercial for Nationwide.  

Let's face it, we give Dad's some pretty lame gifts.  So with these 10 second TV commercials we tried to drop a not-so-subtle hint that a Dremel tool would be a much better gift than whatever you got him last year.

Most of us wish we were better dancers.  So we created a simple demonstration of what dance lessons from Fred Astaire studios could do for you.

Army Navy Surplus stores are really fun places to shop.  And even more fun places to advertise.

This billboard featured real kids who had been treated at Nationwide Children's Hospital.  It was bigger than any billboard in Times Square in the past 20 years. It featured a fund raising call to action (seen on the bottom right corner of wallscape) and a local business matched donations dollar for dollar up to $100,000.

To promote Donatos new hand-tossed pizza we created a campaign of spectacular billboards.  Some of the boards featured 3-Dimensional pizza slices grabbed by the star of an adjoining advertisement.  Others boards featured pizzas that emitted steam every two minutes to simulate piping hot pizza straight from the oven. 

Every NASCAR fan wants the chance to drive a race car. So we created this rich media banner takeover on Nascar.com that allowed fans to do just that.

As a former track athlete I love this ad.
